Transliteration:( Kazaalika wa awrasnaahaa qawman aakhareen )
27. from this we learn that one is not prohibited from cupsing the buildings in the localities of the infidels. However, where Divine punishment has come, those areas are protubated for Muslim occupation. The people of the Pharah had not been sent with Divine punishment in Egypt. They were taken away from it and were drowned in the Red Sea.
Hence residing in Egypt became permissible thus. there is no inconsistency between the Hadith and the ORAAN. From this verse we further learn that the Israelites themselves settled down in Egypt. This is against history because history is incorrect and the Holy QUR'AAN is true.
Hazrat Musa (On whom peace) had said. "It is near that your Lord wil destroy your foe and make you successor in the land†(S7 V129). It is stated in Surah Al-Ara "And we made a people who were already suppressed inheritors of the Eastern Western parts of that land†(57.V137) .
From these verses we come to know that the very Israelites who were once under the bondage of the Pharaoh became the owners of his property in Egyp.t This tells us that the weal abandoned by the infidels becomes the property of the believers.

(44:28) Thus it was; and We made another people inherit all that.[24]
24. Hasan Basri says that “other people” here implies the children of Israel, whom Allah made heirs of the land of Egypt after Pharaoh’s people, and Qatadah says it implies the other people who inherited Egypt after the people of Pharaoh, for the history does not make any mention that the Israelites ever returned to Egypt after the exodus and inherited it.
