"Then his wife came forward lamenting and struck her forehead and said: 'What? I am just a barren old woman.'"
Upon hearing the good news of the birth of a son, Ibrahim's wife was astonished and amazed, expressing her surprise at the impossibility of conceiving due to her old age and barrenness.
She struck her forehead as a gesture of shock and confusion, questioning how it could be possible for her to conceive at such an age.
Her reaction reflects the miraculous nature of the news, highlighting the power of Allah, who can make the impossible possible.
