Transliteration:( Tanzeelul Kitaabi minal laahil-'Azeezil Hakeem )
Revelation of This Book [2] is from Allah, the Honourable, the Wise [3].
That is, the Holy Qur’an. Because the Holy Qur’an was revealed orally and gradually, the phrase "is the sending down" is used here. And since it has come from the heavens, the expression "brought down" has been mentioned to reflect its divine origin.
There is a subtle indication here that within the Holy Qur’an itself reside both honour and wisdom, for its Revealer is both Honourable and Wise. The Book reflects the grandeur of its Sender—the Holy Qur’an shines brighter than all other heavenly scriptures, and likewise, the Beloved Possessor of the Book, the Holy Prophet ﷺ, surpasses all other Prophets in radiance and rank. The Great Teacher is delivering the Great Book.
