    • The Holy Qur’an, the ultimate source of divine knowledge, was taught to the Holy Prophet ﷺ directly by Allah, without the need for a worldly teacher or school.
    • This divine teaching showcases the unparalleled rank of the Holy Prophet ﷺ in knowledge and wisdom.
  3. Knowledge for All Humanity:

    • Allah provides knowledge to humanity in various ways:
      • Medicine, Science, and Religion: Some are taught through formal education, others through experience, and some through divine inspiration.

  4. Knowledge of Allah’s Personality and Attributes:

    • Allah grants His beloved servants deep knowledge of His essence and attributes.
    • This knowledge is passed from one individual to another through spiritual guidance:
      • Role of the Sheikh (Spiritual Guide): The countenance of a pious Sheikh becomes a living book of divine wisdom.
      • The Gaze of the Guide: The spiritual gaze of a guide becomes a channel through which knowledge and understanding are transferred.

Whatever doors of knowledge at any stage did Allah will to open for man, they went on opening up before him. This first experience was so intense and tremendous that the Prophet (peace be upon him) could not bear it any more. Therefore, at that time he was only made aware that the Being Whom he already knew and acknowledged as his Lord and Sustainer was in direct communion with him, had
