Quran-6:13 Surah Al-anam English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

۞وَلَهُۥ مَا سَكَنَ فِي ٱلَّيۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِۚ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

Transliteration:( Wa lahoo maa sakana fillaili wannahaar; wa Huwas Samee'ul Aleem )

13. And to Him belongs whatever dwells in the night and the day [26]. And He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(13) And to Him belongs that which reposes by night and by day, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Saheen International Translation)

26. By "whatever" means the entire universe, because day and night are experienced by the entire creation.
