Transliteration:( Wa izaa ra aital lazeena yakhoodoona feee Aayaatinaa fa a'rid 'anhum hattaa yakkhoodoo fee hadeesin ghairih; wa immaa yunsiyannakash Shaitaanu falaa taq'ud ba'dazzikraa ma'al qawmiz zaalimeen )
133. From this, we learn that in the gatherings of non-believers, there is no respect accorded to religion. Thus it is forbidden for Muslims to attend these gatherings. It is forbidden for Muslims to attend rallies of Non-Muslims wherein anti-religious speeches are given. It is another matter if this is done with the intention of opposing them. Observe, Hazrat Musa (on whom be peace) was sent to the court of the Pharoah, not to listen to his talks but to repudiate his claim.
134. From this is understood that one is allowed to meet with non-believers concerning worldly matters. Attending their gatherings for the sake of propagation is not only allowed but a means of gaining rewards and blessings from Allah Almighty.
135. By this, it meant that if you attend the gatherings of infidels by some error come out of them as soon as you become aware of it, without staying any further.
136. From this, we understand it is very important to abstain from bad company. A bad friend is worse than a poisonous snake because a poisonous snake is a threat to your life, a bad or evil friend is a threat to your faith.

(6:68) When you see those who are engaged in blasphemy against Our signs, turn away from them until they begin to talk of other things; and should Satan ever cause you to forget,[44] then do not remain, after recollection, in the company of those wrong-doing people.
44. In case the Muslims fail to remember this directive and mistakenly continue to remain in the company of those who were indulging in making fun of their faith, they should withdraw from such company as soon as they remember this directive.
