Transliteration:( Fawaqa'al haqqu wa batala maa kaanoo ya'maloon )
Then the truth was established, and what they had done was rendered void (253).
This verse affirms that the power of Prophetic miracles overwhelms all forms of falsehood, including magic and deception. The magicians' spells were instantly nullified by the truth brought by Musa (peace be upon him). This also highlights that magic holds no weight before divine power. Even when witchcraft affected the Holy Prophet ﷺ, it was not a contest between magic and miracle, but a secret attempt, like the assassinations of past Prophets. Just as a sword can wound a Prophet’s body, some external effects can occur — yet, their spiritual rank and truth remain untouched.
