Transliteration:( Qaalal mala-u min qaw miheee innaa lanaraaka fee dalaalim mubeen )
"The leaders of his people said: 'Indeed, we see you in apparent error' [152]."
This verse highlights two important realities:
It is usually the poor and humble who become early and sincere followers of the Prophets, whereas the wealthy, influential elites and tribal leaders often turn into their strongest opponents. Their arrogance and fear of losing authority prevent them from accepting the truth.
Declaring Prophets to be misguided or in error is the classic attitude of polytheists and deniers. Such accusations are rooted not in truth, but in pride and rebellion against divine guidance. It reflects the ego-driven resistance of those who feel threatened by the Prophetic message.
