Transliteration:( Wa In kaana taaa'ifatum minkum aamanoo billazeee ursiltu bihee wa taaa'ifatul lam yu'minoo fasbiroo hattaa yahkumal laahu bainanaa; wa Huwa khairul haakimeen (End Juz 8) )
"And if there is a party of you who believe in that with which I have been sent and a party of you who believe [210] not, then wait till Allah decides between us. And Allah's decision is the best." [211]
Just as rain does not turn every patch of land green, likewise not every heart benefits from the message of Prophethood. Some accept and blossom in faith, while others remain spiritually barren. The rain of Prophetic guidance reveals the true condition of the heart—those whose hearts contain the seed of belief, sown by Allah’s will, are the ones who respond and are rewarded. Others remain deprived, as per divine wisdom and decree.
While rulers in this world are called Haakim (judges or decision-makers), they are only metaphorical or apparent authorities. Their rulings can be flawed or subject to appeal. In contrast, Allah is the Absolute Judge, whose decisions are perfect, free from error, and not subject to revision. His judgment between truth and falsehood is final, and there is no higher appeal. Thus, waiting for His decision is the ultimate form of trust and surrender for both believers and disbelievers.
