    Transliteration:( Afa aminoo makral laah; falaa ya'manu makral laahi illal qawmul khaasiroon )

    99. Are they unaware of the secret plan of Allah? And none feels secure from the secret plan of Allah except the losers [233]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    (99) Then, did they feel secure from the plan of Allāh? But no one feels secure from the plan of Allāh except the losing people. (Saheen International Translation)

    233. One thus learns that the emptiness of the heart of the fear of Almighty Allah and His is the Beloved Prophet  ? means of being in severe loss. Allah Almighty's slackness and not punishing any person for committing sins is the secret device of Allah Almighty.

    78. The expression makr signifies a secret strategy of which the victim has no inkling until the decisive blow is struck. Until then, the victim is under the illusion that everything is in good order.

    (99) Then, did they feel secure from the plan of Allāh? But no one feels secure from the plan of Allāh except the losing people.
