Transliteration:( Aw it'aamun fee yawmin zee masghabah )
14. By days of hunger means the period of famine during which even we have a great desire and need for food, the needy people experience hardship with food. This tells us that at the time of need to distribute things dear to oneself is the means of obtaining great rewards. Or, it denotes the holy month of Ramadaan. This tells us that to distribute food to the needy in the holy month of Ramadaan is an act of tremendous reward.
