أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ

Transliteration:( Ulaaa'ika As-haabul maimanah )

18.They are the people of the right hand 20, (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

20. The People of the Right Hand and Their Blessings

This verse refers to the individuals who are blessed and favored by Allah, and it encompasses several interpretations regarding their status and the eternal benefits they will receive.

  1. On the Day of the Covenant:

    • This refers to the individuals who stood by Hazrat Adam (On whom be peace) during the initial covenant, which symbolizes their loyalty and righteousness from the very beginning.
  2. On the Day of Judgment:

    • These individuals will be on the right side of the Divine Throne, indicating a position of honor and favor on the Day of Judgment.
    • They will be granted their book of deeds in their right hand, signifying their good deeds and the pleasure of Allah.
  3. In Paradise:

    • The People of the Right are those who will be granted entry into Paradise, which is situated on the right side of the Throne. This highlights their ultimate reward in the Hereafter.
  4. People of Good Fortune:

    • The People of the Right are described as people of good fortune, who will continue to experience blessings and ampleness due to their piety and good deeds.
    • These individuals will experience blessings not only in this world but also during death, in the grave, and on the Day of Accountability.
  5. Eternal Blessings:

    • The blessings and benefits derived from their good deeds will continue throughout their lives, providing eternal benefit and rewards.
    • These individuals' actions will create a ripple effect, benefiting their families, nations, and even the entire creation. Their goodness will serve as a source of blessings for those around them.
  6. General Explanation of Blessings:

    • The verse emphasizes that the People of the Right will be sources of blessings and goodness in various forms: some through their family, others through their nation, and some through a broader impact on the entire world.
