📖 Commentary of Verse 16 (Surah Al-Qari'ah)

"And the heaven shall be split, and on that day it shall fall to pieces [17]."

✅ [17] The Splitting of the Heaven

This verse describes the splitting of the sky, an event that will occur on the Day of Judgement. The sky, which is usually perceived as immense and unshakable, will become feeble and weak. This symbolizes the total collapse of the natural order as the world undergoes its ultimate transformation. The heavens, along with the earth, will be torn apart, reflecting the chaos and destruction that will engulf all creation on that day.
