Quran-69:40 Surah Al-haqqah English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوۡلُ رَسُولٖ كَرِيمٖ

Transliteration:( Innahoo laqawlu Rasoolin kareem )

40.Certainly, this Quran is the speech[46] with the Noble Prophet. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(40) [That] indeed, it [i.e., the Qur’ān] is the word of a noble Messenger. (Saheen International Translation)

46. This tells us that the entire Qur'aan is those words of Allah Almighty, which He had spoken. to His Beloved Prophet. Others have listened to them through the medium of the Prophet. Therefore, there are some verses in the Holy Qur'aan, which are not known to anyone besides ie the Holy Prophet ?.

Mutashabihaat (verses whose meanings are not known to anyone besides the Messenger of Allah Peace be upon him). This reveals the high status of the Holy Prophet ?

We further learn that the Holy Prophet ? is very generous because Allah Almighty has said about him that a truly generous person would be he who is the owner of all the bounties of Allah Almighty. Thus, the Holy Prophet ? is the owner of all the bounties of Allah Almighty.

Says Allah Almighty: "O Beloved! Undoubtedly, We have bestowed upon you abundance of good (S107:V1). We also learn that it is permissible to ask every type of bounty because the beggars' duty is to seek from the generous. Also, that the Holy Prophet ? does not turn away any beggar as this is below the dignity of the generous.

Says Allah Almighty: "And chide not the beggar" (S93 V10).

Here, “a noble Messenger” implies the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and in (Surah At-Takweer, Ayat 19). the angel Gabriel, the argument being that after describing the Quran as the word of an honorable Messenger, it has been said: It is not the word of a poet nor of a soothsayer, and obviously the disbelievers of Makkah branded the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and not Gabriel as a poet and soothsayer. On the contrary, in Surah At-Takweer, after describing the Quran as the word of “a noble messenger” it has been said: That Messenger has great power, and has high ranks with the Owner of the Throne: there he is obeyed and held as trustworthy. And Muhammad (peace be upon him) has seen him on the bright horizon. (Surah At-Takweer, ayat 20-23). Almost the same thing has been stated in (Surah An-Najm, Ayat 5-10) about Gabriel.

Here, the question arises; In what sense has the Quran been described as the word of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and of Gabriel. The answer is: the people were hearing it being recited by the tongue of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Prophet (peace be upon him) by the tongue of Gabriel. Thereupon, in one way it was the word of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and in another way of Gabriel, but a little below it has been explicitly stated: It is indeed a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds, which is being presented before Muhammad (peace be upon him) by the tongue of Gabriel and before the people by the tongue of Muhammad (peace be upon him). The word Messenger itself points to the truth that the word belongs to neither of them but they have presented it as Messengers of the One Who has sent it down.
