Quran-15:2 Surah Al-hijr English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ

Transliteration:( Rubamaa yawaddul lazeena kafaroo law kaanoo muslimeen )

2. The disbelievers will ardently wish [2] that they had been Muslims. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(2) Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish[669] that they had been Muslims. (Saheen International Translation)

2. The infidels would desire this at the time of death, after seeing the angels of punishment in their graves. Thereafter on the Day of Judgment. But at that point in time, this desire. The word infidel denotes all types of infidels, whether they are polytheists. Jews or Christians, or Mirzais and Qadyanis, etc.
