Quran-15:70 Surah Al-hijr English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

قَالُوٓاْ أَوَلَمۡ نَنۡهَكَ عَنِ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Transliteration:( Qaalooo awalam nanhaka 'anil 'aalameen )

70.They said, 'Did we not forbid you from interfering with the people [81]?' (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(70) They said, "Have we not forbidden you from [protecting] people?" (Saheen International Translation)

81. This means do not provide shelter for the travellers. These wretched people would cause a great deal of misery to the travellers, while Hazrat Lut (On whom be peace) would help them to the best of his ability and this would annoy these wretched beings.
