    92. By "Our signs" means the birth of a she-camel from the rock, in size it was larger than all the camels, giving birth immediately, giving a large quantity of milk, drinking all the water in the well, etc. proved that this she-camel was a collection of miracles. 

    Therefore, signs is used in the plural. Hence, there is no inconsistency in the verse. 

    93. Instead of bringing faith after seeing so many miracles, they killed the she-camel. They had seen that the she-camel would drink the whole day's water at once, but they failed to see that it was giving so much milk which was sufficient for the entire people to drink. This tells us that only that person will bring faith after seeing miracles who is really blessed by Allah Almighty..
