Transliteration:( Wa maa khalaqnas samaawaati wal arda wa maa bainahumaaa illaa bilhaqq; wa innas Saa'ata la aatiyatun fasfahis safhal jameel )
97. This tells us that in the creation of pure and impure things there is great wisdom. Infidelity is evil, but its creation is not bad. Shaitaan is wicked, but his creation is not without wisdom.
98. This means worldly punishment was not sufficient for their rebelliousness. The true punishment would be meted out to them on the Day of Judgement.Â
99. This means exercise patience at their cruelties, and do not take any vengeance. This verse is abrogated from the verses regarding Holy War. Now vengeance will be sought

(15:85) We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them except with Truth.[47] Surely the Hour will come. So, (O Muhammad), do graciously overlook them (despite their misdeeds).
47. This was to reassure the Prophet (peace be upon him) that ultimately he would come out successful because he was propagating the truth, and the entire universe was based on truth. Such an assurance was urgently needed because at that time falsehood appeared to be triumphant over the truth. This implies: O Prophet, do not worry at all at the apparent success of falsehood for this is temporary. Likewise the difficulties, the obstacles and the troubles in the way of truth are not permanent. Take courage, and have confidence in the cause of the truth and you will triumph over falsehood because the whole system of the universe is akin to truth and averse to falsehood. Therefore, truth is permanent and falsehood is perishable. Refer to (Surah Ibrahim, ayat 18-19) note 25-26 and (Surah Ibrahim, ayat 24-27) note 35-39.
