    106. This verse was revealed regarding the following five leaders of Quraish:

     Aas bin Wail, Aswad bin Muttalib, Aswad bin Abd Yaghoos, Harith bin Qais and Waleed bin Mugheerah. These five would always cause harm to the Holy Prophetا and mock at him. All of them met a horrible death. From this we learn that Allah Almighty Himself is the protector of our Holy Prophet's honour and dignity. and wreaks vengeance against his enemies on his behalf.
