    إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن تُغۡنِيَ عَنۡهُمۡ أَمۡوَٰلُهُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡـٔٗاۖ وَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

    Transliteration:( Innal lazeena kafaroo lan tughniya 'anhum amwaaluhum wa laaa awlaaduhum minal laahi shai'anw wa ulaaa'ika Ashaabun Naar; hum feehaa khaalidoon )

    116. Indeed, those who disbelieve, their wealth and children will not avail [255] them against Allah at all. They are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    (116) Indeed, those who disbelieve - never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allāh at all, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally. (Saheen International Translation)

    255. From this verse we learn that on the Day of Judgement the wealth and children of the believers will, with the mercy of Allah Almighty be able to ward off punishment from them i.e. that wealth which was spent in the way of Allah Almighty, and through the blessing of pious children, as the wealth and children of the non-believers will not be able to ward off punishment from them, from which the believers are safe.
