Transliteration:( Innal lazeenash tarawul kufra bil eemaani lai yadurrul laaha shai'anw wa lahum 'azaabun aleem )
400. In that, he was Muslim at first then an apostate and a non-believer. It could also refer to people who had the power to become Muslims but chose to remain non-believers. In the first instance, the verse refers to the apostates, while in the second instance, it refers to the hypocrites or undisguised non-believers.
