    فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ

    Transliteration:( Faman tawallaa ba'da zaalika fa ulaaa'ika humul faasiqoon )

    82. Now whoso turns back after this, then they are the transgressors [181]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    181. Here the word FAASIQ (sinner) is used to denote a non-believer. Rejection of the Holy Prophet is apostasy.
