📖 Commentary of Verse 16 (Surah Al-Insan)

"And crystal-clear bottles of silver[23], which they have measured with precision[24]."

[23] The Bottles of Paradise

  • The bottles of silver in Paradise will be crystal-clear and durable, protected from breakage.

  • They will be transparent like glass, and their contents will be fully visible from the outside, symbolizing clarity and purity.

  • Unlike earthly glass, which is made from sand, the glasses in Paradise will be crafted from heavenly materials, specifically silver, highlighting the divine nature of the Paradise.

[24] Serving According to Desire

  • The servants of Paradise will fill the glasses precisely to meet the individual needs and desires of the inhabitants.

  • Each person's desires in Paradise will be fulfilled perfectly, with no waste. Nothing extra will be served, nor will any desire remain unfulfilled, reflecting the perfect nature of the heavenly rewards.
