33. This means all these bounties are the reward for your obedience in the world. These words will be addressed to them who will earn Paradise through their effort. Some will be granted Paradise out of Divine generosity like the children of the believers or those sinners who will receive Paradise through the blessings of the pious or that creation which has been created to fill Paradise.

34. In that We had accepted it and bestowed upon you Our Vision and conversation. It should be remembered that the beauteous vision of Allah Almighty would not be in reward for one's good deeds. It is a result of one's extreme devotion and love as well as out of Divine Grace.

Ibn-Kathir

The tafsir of Surah Al-Insan verse 22 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Insan ayat 13 which provides the complete commentary from verse 13 through 22.

(76:22) Behold, this is your recompense and your endeavour has been appreciated.[26]

Ala-Maududi

(76:22) Behold, this is your recompense and your endeavour has been appreciated.[26]

26. In the original, kana sayu kum mashkura: “your endeavors have been accepted and recognized.” Saiiimplies the entire lifework that a person accomplished in the world, the works and objectives to which he applied his energies and abilities; and its being mashkur means that Allah has appreciated it. Shukr when expressed by the servant to God implies his gratefulness to Him for His blessings, and when it is expressed by God for the servant, it means that He has appreciated his services. It is indeed the kindness of the Master that He should appreciate the endeavors of the servant when the servant has only carried out his duties according to the Master’s will.

(22) [And it will be said], "Indeed, this is for you a reward, and your effort has been appreciated."
