    Transliteration:( Wakhfid lahumaa janaahaz zulli minar rahmati wa qur Rabbir hamhumaa kamaa rabbayaanee sagheera )

    24. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy [61], and say, "My Lord, have mercy on them as they brought me up when I was small [62]." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    (24) And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, "My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small." (Saheen International Translation)

    61. This means practically you treat them well, do not hesitate to spend on them, because when you were helpless, they cared for you. Now, when they are helpless you must take care of them.
