Quran-17:3 Surah Al-isra English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

ذُرِّيَّةَ مَنۡ حَمَلۡنَا مَعَ نُوحٍۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَبۡدٗا شَكُورٗا

Transliteration:( Zurriyyata man hamalnaa ma'a Noohin innahoo kaana 'abdan shakooraa )

3. O you the offspring of those We carried with Nuh [12]. No doubt, he was a great and thankful servant [13]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(3) O descendants of those We carried [in the ship] with Noah. Indeed, he was a grateful servant. (Saheen International Translation)

12. This means all of them were his children who were on board the Ark of Hazrat Nooh (On whom be peace) at the time of the Deluge. It should be remembered, that only the progeny of Hazrat Nooh (On whom be peace) perpetuated the process of procreation. Hence, he is called Hazrat Adam II.

13. The actual name of Hazrat Nooh (On whom be peace) was Yashkar, but because he would shed exessive tears due to fear of Allah Almighty, his title became Hazrat Nooh (On whom be peace) or the one who laments and mourns.

4. That is, you are the descendants of Noah (peace be upon him) and his companions; therefore, you should behave in a manner as behooves such people. You should make Allah alone as your Guardian, for your ancestors escaped death from the flood only because they had made Allah their Guardian.
