Transliteration:( Am amintum any yu'eedakum feehi taaratan ukhraa fa yursila 'alaikum qaasifam minar reehi fa yugh riqakum bimaa kafartum summa laa tajidoo lakum 'alainaa bihee tabee'aa )
151. By making a journey by sea necessary for you and then you get trapped there. On what ground are you being disobedient to Allah Almighty? Wherever a person's death is determined he has to go there and on reaching the place he dies there. (I wish Allah Almighty can determine my death in Madina Muawwarah on Faith. Ahmad Yar).
152.In this verse their is a negation of the belief of the infidels about intercession. It was their belief that the intercession of the idols is a bluff or one being bullied because they have been surpressed by Allah Almighty. Believers had not conceded to such intercession, nor do they accept it nor will they ever be convinced about it.

69. Or do you feel secure that He will not send you back a second time to sea and send against you a Qasif and drown you because of your disbelief Then you will not find any avenger therein against Us.
Allah says,
(Or do you feel secure), `you who turn away from Us after acknowledging Our Oneness at sea once you are back upon dry land,’
(that He will not send you back) to sea a second time
(and send against you a Qasif) which will destroy your masts and sink your vessels. Ibn `Abbas and others said, “Al-Qasif is the wind of the sea which destroys vessels and sinks them.”
(and drown you because of your disbelief) means because of your rejection and turning away from Allah.
(Then you will not find any avenger therein against Us.) Ibn `Abbas said that this means a helper. Mujahid said, “A helper who will avenge you,” i.e., take revenge on your behalf. Qatadah said it means, “We are not afraid that anyone will pursue Us with anything of that nature (i.e., vengeance).”
(17:69) Or do you feel secure that He will not cause you to revert to the sea, and let a tempest loose upon you and then drown you for your ingratitude whereupon you will find none even to inquire of Us what happened to you?
