Transliteration:( Wa annaa minnal muslimoona wa minnal qaasitoona faman aslama fa ulaaa'ika taharraw rashada )
And that some of us are Muslims and some of us are the deviators. So, those who submit have sought the Right Way.
✅ Division Among the Jinn
This shows that even among the jinn, there are two types:
Those who are Muslim and monotheists, who accepted the message.
And those who are deviators, meaning disbelievers or those who turned away.
The jinn who heard the Holy Prophet ﷺ reciting the Qur’an accepted faith, so this verse reflects what happened afterward — they were no longer infidels once they believed.
✅ Right Path and Afterlife Clarity
From this, we learn an interesting point:
The believing jinn found the Right Path.
However, the verse doesn’t clearly mention Paradise for them.
This has led scholars to discuss in detail elsewhere (especially in Surah Ahqaf) whether jinn will go to Paradise or not. What’s clear is that the disbelieving jinn will go to 🔥 Hell, while the believing jinn are rightly guided.
