Transliteration:( Wa annaa minnal muslimoona wa minnal qaasitoona faman aslama fa ulaaa'ika taharraw rashada )
23. This means that among the jinns there are some who are monotheist believers and some are because those who had returned after listening to the recitation from the Holy Prophet had all accepted faith. None among them was an infidel. Thus the meaning of the verse is clear.
24. From this we learn that the believing jinns will not go to Paradise while the infidels among them will go into Hell because in this verse there is no mention of Paradise for the believing jinn. A full discussion on this has been given in Surah Ahqaaf.
