Transliteration:( Innaa makkannaa lahoo fil ardi wa aatainaahu min kulli shai'in sababaa )
"We established him firmly on the earth and gave him the means to accomplish everything [194]."
Allah states that He Himself granted Dhul-Qarnayn a firm establishment on the earth, meaning complete control and authority over vast territories. He was not a king by chance or force, but by divine will and favor.
Allah also gave him the resources, tools, and strategies necessary to accomplish great tasks, including military strength, administrative skills, and the ability to traverse distant lands. These were the foundations of his justice, power, and success.
In short, everything essential for kingship and reform was placed at his disposal by divine arrangement, proving that true power and success come only from Allah.
