Transliteration:( Wa faseelathil latee tu'weeh )
13. This tells us that on that day the infidels will not have any love for their kith and kin. He will desire that his wife and children be thrown into Hell in his place so that he can be saved. The religious love relations of the believers will remain and will also be of help to them. Here, the culprit signifies an infidel.
