يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ ٱلۡمُقَدَّسَةَ ٱلَّتِي كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ وَلَا تَرۡتَدُّواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَدۡبَارِكُمۡ فَتَنقَلِبُواْ خَٰسِرِينَ

Transliteration:( Yaa qawmid khulul Ardal Muqaddasatal latee katabal laahu lakum wa laa tartaddoo 'alaaa adbaarikum fatanqaliboo khaasireenn )

21. O my people! Enter the sacred land that Allah has destined for you, and do not turn back, or else you will return as losers. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(21) O my people, enter the blessed land [i.e., Palestine] which Allāh has assigned to you and do not turn back [from fighting in Allāh's cause] and [thus] become losers." (Saheen International Translation)

83. By 'sacred land' is means the territory of Syria which was occupied by Jabbar and his people. The Israelites were commanded to wage war on them and establish their control on this territory. From this verse, we learn that in whichever ground shrines of the pious are found that city and its entire territory becomes pure and sacred. It is for this reason that Syria is called sacred by Allah Almighty because the .

43. This signifies Palestine which had been the homeland of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. After their exodus from Egypt, God ordered the Israelites to go forth to Egypt and conquer it.

44. This statement of Moses refers to the second year after they had come out of Egypt when he and his people lived in tents in the wilderness of Paran. This desert lies in the Sinai peninsula adjacent to the northern borders of Arabia and the southern borders of Palestine.
