Transliteration:( Wa lam naku nut'imul miskeen )
40. This means that they were not giving accepted charity. Otherwise, many infidels give large sums of money in charity, provide wayside stalls for free drinking water or milk and provide food kitchens. But, all this is in vain. Once, the root is cut off, it is useless watering the branches.

34. This shows how grave a sin it is in Islam to see a hungry man and fail to feed him even if one can, for this has been particularly mentioned as one of the causes of going to Hell.
