Transliteration:( Sanasimuhoo 'alal khurtoom )
"We shall soon brand him upon the snout."
On the Day of Judgment, Waleed ibn Mugheerah will be branded with a mark on his face, which will resemble that of a swine. This mark will be a symbol of his abuse against the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The people of Mahshar (the gathering place on the Day of Judgment) will immediately recognize him through this mark, signifying his disgrace for opposing the Prophet and the divine message.
Although Waleed died before the Battle of Badr, this verse emphasizes the eternal consequence for those who oppose and insult the Prophet.

(68:16) Soon shall We brand him on his snout.[11]
11. Because he thought he was a man of high prestige, his nose has been called a snout, and branding him on the snout means disgracing him. That is, We shall so disgrace him in the world and in the Hereafter that his mark of disgrace will become indelible.
[1726]- Literally, "trunk," meaning the nose of an elephant or pig.
