Transliteration:( Inna 'alainaa jam'ahoo wa qur aanah )
“Indeed, the collecting of it and the recitation of it is certainly upon Us.”
✅ The Qur'an is Preserved by Allah Himself [17]
From this, emerge two important points:
The true compiler of the Holy Qur'an is Allah (اللَّهُ ) Himself, who arranged it in the heart of the Holy Prophet ﷺ in proper order.
The Prophet ﷺ and his Noble Companions are the manifestations of Divine work. Though they participated in the writing and compiling, it was all under Divine guidance. For example, Hazrat Uthman-e-Ghani (رضي الله عنه) later compiled the scrolls into one book, but this too is considered Allah’s action.
During the Prophet's ﷺ time, each tribe was allowed to recite in their own dialect.
Later, under Hazrat Uthman, one unified recitation was preserved to avoid conflict, as variations had started causing disputes.
✅ The Prophet’s ﷺ Recitation Was Divinely Guided [18]
This means that:
Allah (اللَّهُ ) Himself preserved the Qur'an in the heart of the Prophet ﷺ, and its recitation was also His responsibility.
The Holy Prophet ﷺ is the divinely inspired Hafiz, Qari, scholar, and the possessor of Qur'anic secrets. He learned directly from Allah, not from any human.
Hazrat Jibraeel (عليه السلام) was merely the medium, not the teacher.
In fact, due to serving the Prophet ﷺ, Jibraeel gained superiority over all angels.
