Transliteration:( Innamaa yaftaril kazibal lazeena laa yu'minoona bi Aayaatil laahi wa ulaaa'ika humul kaaziboon )
238. From this emerge two issues;
1. Falsehood is a major sin and a most wicked crime.Â
2. Prophets are completely innocent and fully protected from falsehood. Their tongue was not to utter falsehood. A detailed discussion of this subject can be read in the book ASMATE AMBIYA. Thus, feigning piety and pretentious behaviour is a wicked crime.

(16:105) (It is not the Prophet who invents lies), it is rather those who do not believe in the signs of Allah who invent lies.[108] They are liars.
108. This verse can also be rendered like this: A Prophet does not forge any false thing but those, who do not believe in the revelations of Allah, invent falsehoods.
