Transliteration:( Wallaahu ya'lamu maa tusirroona wa maa tu'linoon )
38. Allah Almighty is fully aware of our deeds from the beginning of time. He is All-knowing and the Eternal. He also observes our deeds while we are doing them, but this observation with regard to our action is temporary (whereas, His Divine attribute this is eternal). Regarding this, the Holy QUR'AAN has said: "So that Allah can become aware", or it is said: "till now Allah Almighty has not become aware of the Muslim soldiers". Thus there is no inconsistency in the verse.

19. And Allah knows what you conceal and what you reveal. 20. Those whom they invoke besides Allah have not created anything, but are themselves created. 21. (They are) dead, not alive; and they do not know when they will be resurrected.) Allah tells us that He knows what is hidden in people’s hearts as well as what is apparent. He will reward or punish everyone for their deeds on the Day of Resurrection. If their deeds are good then they will be rewarded, and if their deeds are evil, then they will be punished.
Then Allah tells us that the idols which people call on instead of Him cannot create anything, they are themselves created, as Al-Khalil (Ibrahim) said:
(“Do you worship that which you (yourselves) carve While Allah has created you and what you make!”) (37:-96).
((They are) dead, not alive) means, they are inanimate and lifeless, they do not hear, see, or think.
(and they know not when they will be resurrected.) meaning, they do not know when the Hour will come, so how can anyone hope for any benefit or reward from these idols They should hope for it from the One Who knows all things and is the Creator of all things.
(16:19) Allah knows all that you conceal and all that you disclose.[18]
18. A grave misunderstanding might arise as to why Allah’s blessings should continue to be showered even on those who deny Him and set up partners with Him and are disobedient to Him. The foolish people are liable to conclude from this that He does not withhold His favors from such people because He has no knowledge of their wicked deeds, The Quran declares: Even though He has full knowledge of all the deeds of the people, whether these are done secretly or openly, He does not discontinue His blessings on the sinners, for He is Forgiving, Compassionate and Merciful. Therefore: O people, get rid of this misunderstanding and reform yourselves.
