Transliteration:( Summaa izaa kashafad durra 'ankum izaa fareequm minkum bi Rabbihim yushrikoon )
"Then, when He removes the harm from you, a faction among you begins to associate partners with their Lord [110]."
This verse describes the behavior of the polytheists of Arabia. During times of distress and hardship, they would call upon Allah Almighty alone. However, once the difficulty was removed, they would return to idol worship and associate partners with their Lord.
It should be understood that in times of difficulty, it is not wrong to seek assistance from a doctor, a ruler, a Prophet, or a saint, as they are apparent means through which Divine help is manifested. The error lies in believing them to be partners with Allah, rather than created agents of His mercy.

(16:54) But as soon as He removes the distress from you, some of you associate others with their Lord[47] in giving thanks,
47. That is, at the time of showing gratitude to Allah for removing his affliction, he begins to make offerings also to some god, goddess or saint to show that Allah’s kindness to him was due to the intercession of his patron, for he imagines that otherwise Allah would not have removed his distress.
