Quran-27:74 Surah An-naml English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَعۡلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمۡ وَمَا يُعۡلِنُونَ

Transliteration:( Wa inna Rabbaka la ya'lamu maa tukinnu sudooruhum wa maa yu'linoon )

74. And indeed, your Lord knows what is hidden in their breasts and what they disclose [141]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(74) And indeed, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare. (Saheen International Translation)

141. Many of the infidels were inwardly regarding the Holy Prophet ? to be true, but were verbally rejecting him. Regarding them Allah Almighty said: "We ure fully aware are of both conditions of theirs”.
Or it could mean that in their hearts they have envy for you and verbally they utter insults. We are aware of both things and shall give punishment for both.

Ala-Maududi

(27:74) Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal.[91]


91. That is, “He is not only aware of their open misdeeds but is also fully aware of the malice and spite which they are concealing in their hearts and the evil plots which they are making secretly. Therefore, when the time comes to call them to account, they will be taken to task for everything done and thought.”
