Transliteration:( Illal lazeena taaboo wa aslahoo wa'tasamoo billaahi wa akhlasoo deenahum lillaahi faulaaa'ika ma'al mu'mineena wa sawfa yu'til laahul mu'mineena ajran 'azeemaa )
426.By this is meant one should repent from hypocrisy and change for the better in future. From this we learn that even the repentance of the worst infidel can be accepted if he sincerely wants to change for the better. We further learn that there is a condition to be followed before repentance can be effected the repenter must change his previous sinful condition to become a better person.
Mere verbal repentance is meaningless in fact it is a joke on the part of the repenter.Â
427.They will be with the believers in this world and in the Hereafter. From this we learn that to be in company of the pious is a great bounty, as Allah Almighty in this verse has referred to it as a great bounty and reward.
428. By this is meant Allah Almighty's reward will be beyond your imagination. The bounty of Allah Almighty will be in accordance with His lofty position, not it accordance with your position or title.

Please refer to Surah Nisa ayat 144 which provides the complete commentary from verse 144 through 148.
(4:146) except those who re-pent and mend their ways and hold fast to Allah and make their faith exclusive to Allah.[174] Those people shall be numbered with the believers and Allah will certainly bestow on the believers a great reward.
174. To make one’s faith exclusively to God means to concentrate one’s loyalties, concerns, affections, and adorations on God, and not to allow any attachments to strike such deep roots in one’s heart that one may cease to be capable of sacrificing them for His sake.
