Transliteration:( Yaa aiyuhan naasu qad jaaa'akum burhaanum mir Rabbikum wa anzalnaaa ilaikum Nooram Mubeena )
491. Through this word "People" entire mankind is being addressed, wherever and whenever they may be. From this we learn that the Prophethood of our Holy Prophet is not limited to a period place or nation. He whose Lord is Allah Almighty ? the Holy Prophet.Â
492.By "has come unto you" is meant Oh mankind indeed he also has come to you is a crystal proof Allah Almighty's personification of knowledge i.e. the Holy Prophet of is not only Light of Allah Almighty but His unshakable proof and the symbol of Truth. All these applications are of found the Holy Prophet ? in the Holy QURAN.
493. By 'manifest argument' is meant the Holy Prophet ? because the Holy Prophet Is the unshakable entity.
494. From this we learn that the coming of Holy Prophet ? precedes the coming of the Holy QURAN.. It is for this reason that one first brings faith in the Holy ProphetÂ
 ? proof about Allah's identity.Â
The acceptance of the argument is the acceptance of the claim, while raising an objection on the argument is an attack on the claim.
Hence, the Holy Prophet ? is indeed the sacred personification of proof about Truth. Not only is every limb of the Holy Prophet ? one miracle but they are a collection of miracles as well.
The blessed saliva of the Holy Prophet ? was used as SOORMAH by Hazrat Ali (May - Allah be pleased with him) for the cure of his eyes; a healing for Hazrat Abdullah bin Atiq's broken bone; a means of sweetening the salty water of a well; it became the means of increasing the meagre quantity of flour of Hazrat Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) to an incredible quantity.
In short the Holy Prophet ? is the personification of miracles and the unmistakable Proof of Allah Almighty or the QURAN itself. For a detailed discussion on the subject consult our SHAAN-E-HABIBUR RAHMAN.
The concept of a manifest argument can be understood with one's intellect while that of Light through one's senses.

174. O mankind! Verily, there has come to you a convincing proof from your Lord; and We sent down to you a manifest light. 175. So, as for those who believed in Allah and held fast to ﴿depend on﴾ Him, He will admit them to His mercy and grace (i.e. Paradise), and guide them to Himself by a straight path.
Allah informs all people that a plain, unequivocal proof has come to them from Him. One that eradicates all possibility of having an excuse, or falling prey to evil doubts. Allah said,
(and We sent down to you a manifest light.) that directs to the Truth. Ibn Jurayj and others said, “It is the Qur’an.”
(So, as for those who believed in Allah and held fast to ﴿depend on﴾ Him,) by worshipping Him and relying on Him for each and every thing. Ibn Jurayj said that this part of the Ayah means, “They believe in Allah and hold fast to the Qur’an.”
(He will admit them to His mercy and grace,) meaning, He will grant them His mercy and admit them into Paradise, and will increase and multiply their rewards and their ranks, as a favor and bounty from Him.
(and guide them to Himself by a straight path.) and a clear way that has no wickedness in it or deviation. This, indeed, is the description of the believers in this life and the Hereafter, as they are on the straight and safe path in matters of action and creed. In the Hereafter, they are on the straight path of Allah that leads to the gardens of Paradise.
(4:174) O men! A proof has come to you from your Lord, and We have sent down unto you a clear light.
