Transliteration:( Wa mai yaf'al zaalika 'udwaananw wa zulman fasawfa nusleehi Naaraa; wa kaana zaalika 'alal laahi yaseeraa )
120. The restriction of injustice is placed as used here because if the life of a believer is taken for which it is allowed, under those reasons it would not be regarded as criminal, e.g. death penalty imposed by the state on murderers, rapists, or to kill a robber.
