أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ وَعِظۡهُمۡ وَقُل لَّهُمۡ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ قَوۡلَۢا بَلِيغٗا

Transliteration:( Ulaaa'ikal lazeena ya'la mullaahu maa fee quloobihim fa a'rid 'anhum wa 'izhum wa qul lahum feee anfusihim qawlam baleeghaa )

63. They are the ones Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away[214] from them, and admonish them, and speak to them in words that deeply affect their souls. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(63) Those are the ones of whom Allāh knows what is in their hearts, so turn away from them[196] but admonish them and speak to them a far-reaching [i.e., effective] word. (Saheen International Translation)

214. By "admonish them" is meant that in terms of Shariah, hypocrites are not put to death.

Hence, merely explain this to the heirs of Bashar.
