Transliteration:( Wa in ta'jab fa'ajabun qawluhum 'a-izaa kunna turaaban 'a-inna lafee khalqin jadeed; ulaaa 'ikal lazeena kafaroo bi Rabbihim wa ulaaa'ikal aghlaalu feee a'naaqihim wa ulaaa'ika Ashaabun Naari hum feehaa khaalidoon )
15. This means Oh My Beloved, if you are so astonished that after seeing so many miracles these infidels still call you a magician and do not accept you as a Prophet, then more astonishing than this is the fact after having seen my powers they do not believe that I have the power to re-create this world. In short, do not be astonished at their refusal, nor express regret. This has become their habit.
16. They do not think everything has its invention and form and that it is easier to create what is invented. Since Allah Almighty has invented everything, then what difficulty is there in resurrecting it after death? When Allah Almighty takes your faith, he seizes your intelligence as well.
17. There are a few ways of rejecting Allah Almighty: rejecting His Personality, as is the belief of the atheists, rejecting His Oneness, as is the belief of the polytheists; rejecting His Attributes, is the belief of the JAHEEMIYAH sect. Rejecting His Prophets as is the belief of the common infidels, or rejecting the greatness of His Beloved Prophet at is the belief of those who insult the dignity of the Holy Prophet ? All these are possible ways of rejecting Allah Almighty. Says Allah Almighty: "And the Jews did not know the estimation of Allah as was necessary for Him when they said Allah has not sent down anything on any man. (S6:V91)
18. This tells us that the infidels will have shackles in their necks, but the sinful believers will be saved from this disgrace and embarrassment, because this is the punishment of the infidels. The punishment of infidelity is disgrace and eternal stay in Hell. All this is for the infidels, while the end result of a believer is salvation.

5. And if you wonder, then wondrous is their saying: “When we are dust, shall we indeed then be (raised) in a new creation” They are those who disbelieved in their Lord! They are those who will have iron chains linking their hands to their necks. They will be dwellers of the Fire to abide therein forever.
Allah says to His Messenger Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him,
(And if you wonder.) at the rejection of the polytheists who deny Resurrection, even though they witness Allah’s signs and evidences that He made in His creation which testify that He is able to do everything. Yet, they admit that Allah originated the creation of all things and brought them into existence after they were nothing. However, they deny Allah’s claim that He will resurrect the world anew, even though they admit to what is more amazing than what they deny and reject. Therefore, it is amazing that they said,
(When we are dust, shall we indeed then be (raised) in a new creation) It is an obvious fact to every sane and knowledgeable person that creating the heavens and earth is a greater feat than creating men, and that He Who has originated creation is more able to resurrect it anew,
(Do they not see that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and was not wearied by their creation, is able to give life to the dead Yes, He surely is able to do all things)﴿46:33﴾ Allah described those who deny Resurrection,
(They are those who disbelieved in their Lord! They are those who will have iron chains linking their hands to their necks. ) They will be dragged in the Fire by these chains,
(They will be dwellers of the Fire to abide therein forever.), for they will remain in Hell forever and will never escape it or be removed from it.
(13:5) And were you to wonder, then wondrous indeed is the saying of those who say: “What! After we have been reduced to dust, shall we be created afresh?” They are the ones who disbelieved in their Lord;[12] they are the ones who shall have shackles around their necks.[13] They shall be the inmates of the Fire, wherein they will abide for ever.
12. They “disbelieved in their Lord”: their denial of the Hereafter is, in fact, the denial of the Power and Wisdom of Allah. As they say that it is impossible to bring them again to life after their death, it implies that, God forbid, their Allah Who has created them lacks not only power but wisdom, too.
13. As a shackle around the neck is a symbol of imprisonment, the words “shackles upon their necks” have been used here idiomatically to show that they are slaves of ignorance, obduracy, lust and are blind followers of their forefathers. As their thinking is influenced by their prejudices, they cannot believe in the Hereafter and would deny this, though there is every reason to believe that it is inevitable.
[626]- At those who deny resurrection. [627]- Iron collars to which their hands are chained.
