Transliteration:( Fabi ayyi aalaaa'i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan )
“So which of the bounties of your Lord will you (both) belie [21]?”
This verse is repeated thirty-one times in the Surah Ar-Rahman to remind both man and jinn to reflect on their ingratitude towards Allah Almighty. Each repetition serves as a reminder for them to acknowledge the bounties bestowed upon them and be grateful for Allah’s mercy and blessings. The purpose is to instill a sense of gratitude in the hearts of mankind, urging them to recognize the countless blessings of Allah that are often taken for granted.

Please refer to Surah Rahman ayat 14 which provides the complete commentary from verse 14 through 25.
(55:23) Which of the wonders of your Lord’s power will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny?[22]
22. Here also though the aspect of power in alaa is conspicuous, the aspect of the blessing and praiseworthy qualities is also not hidden. It is a blessings of God that these valuable things come out from the sea, and it is His Providence that for the satisfaction of the aesthetic taste of the creatures whom He had blessed with the taste for beauty and the love and longing for adornment, He created all sorts of these beautiful things in His world.
