Quran-55:43 Surah Ar-rahman English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

هَٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِي يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ

Transliteration:( Haazihee jahannamul latee yukazzibu bihal mujrimoon )

43.This is the Hell which the culprits belie [39]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

39. This means the infidels belie Hell in the world. This tells us that in the previous verse,too, the word culprit denotes infidels.
