📖 Commentary of Verse 50 (Surah Ar-Rahman)

"In both of them are flowing two [45] fountains."

[45] There are two rivers of water — one is Tasneem and the other is Salsabeel (mentioned in Surah Al-Insan). These rivers emanate from a mountain of musk (Tafseer Roohul Ma’ani). Because tears flowed from both eyes of these people due to the fear of Allah, this is the reward they receive in return — pure, flowing fountains in Paradise.
