    📖 Commentary of Surah Ar-Rum – Verse 6

    "(This is) the promise of Allah. Allah never breaks His promise, but most of the people do not [8] know."

    ✅ [8] Certainty of Divine Promise

    This verse affirms that the promise of Allah is always true, and He never fails in fulfilling His Word. Despite this, most people remain unaware, especially the disbelievers like Ubayy bin Khalaf and others, who at that time mocked the prophecy, claiming that the Romans could never defeat the Persians.

    This verse teaches that doubting the fulfilment of a divine promise is a sign of infidelity, and to think that Allah could ever speak a lie is a form of total ignorance.

    Thus, believers are reminded to place complete trust in the words of Allah, even if the outcome appears unlikely at first.
