    Transliteration:( Fattala'a fara aahu fee sawaaa'il Jaheem )

    55. Then he will look down and see him in the midst of Flaming Fire[55]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    55. This tells us that the eye-sight of the inmates of Paradise would be very sharp because they would be able to see from such a high region the inmates of Hell who will be in such a low region, as well as to speak to them. For light, far and near is the same.

    Ala-Maududi

    (37:55) Then he will look downwards, and will see him in the depths of Hell.

    There is no commentary by Abul Maududi available for this verse.

    (55) And he will look and see him[1294] in the midst of the Hellfire.

    [1294]- The companion who had tried to dissuade him from belief on earth.
