Transliteration:( Salaamun 'alaa Noohin fil 'aalameen )
"Peace be upon Nuh, throughout the universe [79]."
This verse proclaims that peace and salutations will continue to be sent upon Prophet Nuh (عليه السلام) by all creations—angels, jinn, animals, and humans—until the Day of Judgement. This is a divine declaration of honor, showcasing his high status among the Messengers and the lasting impact of his mission.
A unique virtue of this verse is that reciting it daily, morning and evening, serves as a protection. The reciter will be safeguarded from the bites of poisonous creatures, and if it is recited while boarding or sitting in a ship, it becomes a shield against drowning. This points to the spiritual barakah and security associated with the remembrance of Allah’s chosen prophets.
