Transliteration:( Fazooqoo bimaa naseetum liqaaa'a yawmikum haaza innaa naseenaakum wa zooqoo 'azaabal khuldi bimaa kuntum ta'maloon )
"Now you taste (Hell) for you forgot the meeting [29] of this day. We too, have forgotten you. Now taste the everlasting punishment as a penalty of your deeds [30]."
The disbelievers are told to taste Hell because they forgot the meeting with their Lord, meaning they rejected or ignored the Hereafter and opposed the Prophets.
This shows that forgetting the Hereafter is the root of all sins, as it leads to heedlessness and denial.
Two important rulings emerge from this verse:
Eternal punishment in Hell is exclusively for the disbelievers who rejected faith and committed infidelity.
Minor children of disbelievers, who died in that state, will not enter Hell, because Hell is reserved for those guilty of infidelity and transgression, which these children never committed.

(32:14) So taste the chastisement on account of your forgetting the encounter of this Day.[25] We, too, have forgotten you. Taste the eternal chastisement as a requital for your misdeeds.”
25. That is, “You became so absorbed in pleasure-seeking in the world that you totally forgot that you had to meet your Lord on this Day.”
